Portnoy Media Return Policy

Because each item is made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at dan@portnoymedia.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Printful will review and reprint or refund the affected items at no additional cost.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition received.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, etc.)

  • Products damaged by improper care or normal wear and tear

  • Digital or downloadable products

If a package is lost in transit or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we’ll help coordinate a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
